I'm currently a content writer for the Vanderbilt Business school, writing about (and for) students, alumni, faculty, and the community at large. I also do freelance writing and editing, and have had more than 220 articles published online and in print.
I'm experienced with creating all forms of content, including blogs, website pages, emails, newsletters, eBooks, whitepapers, press releases, social media updates, PPC ads, marketing plans, and more. I've also written and edited for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, higher education, manufacturing, finance, fitness/health, and non-profits.
In my six months on the job, I've helped increased page views for news stories by 86% (vs. the same six-month period one year prior). I've published more than 60 articles for Vanderbilt Business and conducted over 100 interviews with sources.
Prior to my work at Vanderbilt, I was a Marketing Coordinator at Right Source Marketing, a content-driven agency. Besides marketing, I have had extensive experience in journalistic writing for outlets such as USA TODAY College.
